Welcome to my world

As the third-generation heir to a family of vinegrowers in the heart of Champagne, I am blessed to grow grapes on vineyards with diverse terroirs, a source of inspiration and oenological wealth. I pay special care to every step of the process so that the vines can express themselves fully, in harmony with their environment. My champagnes are born from this responsible and sincere approach, guided by the desire to preserve the land and reveal its purity.

“Being a winemaker is much more than a job: it's a way of life, of observing and feeling. Every day, this commitment teaches me humility and patience, in a constant quest for balance between instinct and precision.”

The Estate

Our vineyard covers 35 plots spread across seven distinct Champagne terroirs, from the Massif de St Thierry to the Côte des Blancs.

Moments of sharing

Because beyond wine, there is emotion, my greatest reward remains those moments of sharing, when a bottle becomes a memory of a moment spent together.

The Experience

La Genèse

Trigny terroir

La Genèse was born in Trigny, the cradle of the family's history: where it all began.

On the south-east facing slopes overlooking Reims, the vines are rooted in clay-limestone soils mixed with sand and silt, enriched with chalk, which temper their vigor and shape the identity of the wine.

These lands of the Massif de Saint-Thierry give La Genèse an elegant suppleness and a luminous fruitiness that define the spirit of this cuvée.

But La Genèse is also a symbol: each glass evokes the beginning of our history, rooted in this founding terroir. On the label, a vine leaf envelops the image of the soil that nourished this cuvée, recalling its origins and highlighting the inseparable bond between the land, the wine, and our family history. Tasting becomes an immersion into the soul of our champagnes, from the vine to the glass.

La Traverse

Rosé from Janvry

La Traverse is a rosé with character, designed as a tribute to the women winegrowers who preceded me.

It comes to life on the slopes of Janvry, where Pinot Meunier is vinified as a red wine before being blended with La Genèse: a journey between finesse and elegance. Here, the clay-loam soil, known as “amoureuse” (lover), sticks to your boots, seeps into the creases and holds on to your memory. It was on these soils that my two grandmothers, both winegrowers, grew up, and I am proud to belong to the third generation.

La Traverse reveals the richness of Meunier, unfolding in a silky fullness on the palate.

Beyond its sensory expression, this wine is a bridge between eras. On the label, a vine leaf envelops a photograph of the soil, the one I still tread today and which preserves the memory of these women: thus, each tasting becomes a way of prolonging their story.

La Fûlosophe

Épernay terroir

La Fûlosophe is a wine of intuition and reflection. It comes from the western slopes of Épernay, where the Proy family's vines overlook the town from the heights.

The terroir here is unique: clay, marl, and veins of sandstone intermingle, giving rise to complex, finely chiseled champagnes that are balanced yet always full of depth. Wines that reflect the woman who crafts them.

La Fûlosophe is vinified in oak barrels that have already seen several wines, then stirred twice a week after fermentation to gain richness, density, and volume. It stands out as a wine for gastronomy, substance, and spirit, designed to accompany a meal as much as to nurture the mind.

La Fûlosophe is also a story in motion: that of the Épernay vineyards, which I am writing today with the same high standards that they impose on me. It is yet to be invented, like a future that is already rooted. On its label, a vine leaf encloses the image of the soil: the one that supports, inspires, and elevates. Leaf and earth, surface and depth: the vine as a truth to be contemplated as much as tasted.

La Croisée des Terroirs

Trigny | Épernay | Vertus

La Croisée des Terroirs is born from the encounter of our origins: an even blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, each grown on its own terroir of excellence.

In Trigny, Meunier takes root in the light sands of the Massif de Saint-Thierry, bringing fruitiness and roundness. In Épernay, Pinot Noir thrives on clay and millstone, revealing power and structure. And in Vertus, Chardonnay plunges into pure chalk, offering finesse, tension, and elegance.

La Croisée des Terroirs is the heart of our house. A signature cuvée that is refined, balanced, and finely crafted, with fine, persistent bubbles.

A prestige champagne, designed as a balance between our origins, our know-how, and our terroirs. On the label, two leaves overlap: the golden leaf, the signature of the house, and a green leaf, a living symbol of the union of the terroirs.

Éphémère Blanc de Noirs

2019 Vintage | Brut Nature

The Éphémère cuvée continues its journey through time and terroirs with a new expression: Éphémère 2019, a Blanc de Noirs vintage, born from the contained strength of black grape varieties.

This wine draws its energy from two complementary origins:
• Les Closets, in Épernay, planted in 1998 on flint-clay soils resting on chalk, brings tension and verticality.
• Le Mur des Moines, in Trigny, a vineyard planted in 1989 and rooted in sandy soils, offers suppleness and aromatic richness.

The luminous gold color gives rise to fine, regular bubbles. The full, mature nose opens with notes of figs, hazelnuts, and almonds. The palate, affirmed from the attack, reveals a creamy texture, balanced by the purity of an Extra Brut. The long, persistent finish is the hallmark of a Champagne with character, complexity, and precision.

On its label, the House's signature leaf is once again adorned with a cadastral map, a tribute to these unique lands, frozen in the moment of a vintage.

Éphémère Blanc de Blancs

2018 Vintage | Brut Nature | 1er Cru

The Éphémère cuvée belongs to a rare range, born from moments suspended in time. These are single-vineyard, vintage cuvées, produced only when the vintage, the land, and the soil are in perfect harmony.

The first edition, Éphémère 2018, is a Blanc de Blancs from the La Justice plot, located at the foot of Vertus 1er Cru. Planted in 1961, this vineyard vibrates with a controlled energy: it requires time, patience, and silence.

When it expresses itself, it delivers a buttery, brioche-like wine that is straightforward and persistent, with just the right tension and noble austerity. But La Justice is more than just a place name. It is a stance, a promise of precision, balance, and integrity.

On the label, the house's signature leaf is adorned with a cadastral map of Vertus, highlighting the La Justice plot. A graphic tribute to the land of origin, frozen in time, the time of a vintage.
